Het Blijbedrijf .... it' s the Dutch sound that makes me smile already. It made me curious to see more so I clicked the link shared on facebook to find out what exactly this company stands for. It turns out to be a project of a foundation called: Stichting Wonder (foundation of wonders). Their product is to bring some joy to the people in the streets of Holland.

The founders say society is exposed to a lot of negative news by the media. Everyone talks about conflicts but not about how to deal with it. One day 'The Happy Company' went to the streets with a campaign called:

Peace of Cake!
The Happy Brigade Volunteers start to ask people in the streets if they know someone they like to say sorry to. If so, they explain how the 'Peace of Cake' action can help to make it up with someone in a funny way: First of all 'a peace of cake picture' is taken and this will be sent by email to the counterparty. On top of this the happy brigade offers you the ingredients to bake a 'peace cake' for the counterparty.
